Petrolin active in United Nation initiative

To further consolidate its strategy on transparency and good governance in its activities, Petrolin Group have renewed its commitment to the UN Global Compact initiative.

In its letter to the secretary general to the United Nation, M. Samuel Dossou, Petrolin Group’s Chairman, reinstated its support to the Global Compact ten (10) principles. For over a decade of being involved in this international initiative, Petrolin who is mainly active in Africa has incorporated the ten principles in its day to day activities leading to receiving the Global Pacific award in 2014 for its approach to doing business on the continent.

The Global Compact was created in July 26th 2000 by United Nation as an initiative to invite the private sector to

create a sustainable and inclusive global economy that delivers lasting benefits to people, communities and markets.
